How to design a device than can manipulate gravity?

What kind of device can manipulate gravity? This is what is known as a great question. What makes it a great question is that causes the answer to be found. For someone who wants to know the answer, it has to be answered. So, what’s the answer? It potentially has to do with the discovery of a new theory for explaining what gravity is. This is the first step in attaining the answer.

What's the explanation of what gravity is?

The entire field of science doesn’t know what gravity is. Therefore, there is no way to control what it does. Scientific academia will argue their brilliance of mathematical formulation in explaining how to measure what it does. Explaining an object’s mathematical reaction to gravitational pull lacks the clarification of what gravity is or the ability to control and manipulate what it is.

The actual answers to all questions are found in the Bible. So, it’s explained in the Bible somewhere. The power of levitation has something to do with the vision Ezekiel had. He explained about the flying device that was controlled by a spirit. This might also have something to do with the Spirit present when Peter walked on the water. That’s known as an impossible thing to do. But, he did it. If just for a few steps: until he realized he couldn’t do what he was doing.

How can an apparatus defy gravity? There is an element of thought that controls physical actions. In the manner of spiritual action, telekinesis is an integral component of celestial mechanics. It's speculation that Nikola Tesla exercised extensive research in this science over the last 30 years of his life. His findings were never openly discussed. Otis Carr's work is the only known undertaking of such exploration.

Neural Oscillations

Otis Carr was Nikola Tesla’s protégé, according to Otis Carr. The ship he built, as explained by Ralph Ring, clearly mentioned the existence of the ship’s control mechanism. Mr. Ring had very little knowledge of the ship’s operations. This calls for speculation. 

Similar to the 2,600-year-old vision of technology, the speculation regarding Otis Carr’s operational controls, involve thoughts. Presumably from neural oscillations.

Powering a wheel within a wheel

A gravity generator, however, is more of a hardwired physical device. It’s similar to a very intricate wheel within a wheel. Its operation does a certain thing. The associated platform, could speculatively be an apparatus that can use neural oscillations for its directional control.

There is tremendous validation to pursue a wheel within a wheel configuration. It’s not as though man’s intellect hasn’t had this information for 2,600 years as a model.

T. Townsend Brown discovered the scientific theory of electrogravitics. This is the theoretical foundation to an entirely unexplored science that replaces subatomic electromagnetic theoretical concepts with a gravitational movement. This, is actual a very significant theory that has been overlooked since the 1920s. Is it ignored because science says Earth is flat and the universe rotates around it?   

Viktor Schauberger observed that all nature is centripetal motion. Magnetic attraction includes centrifugal motion. Does this, imply that nature is inconsistent? Or that Schauberger and Brown were incorrect? To the politics of theoretical physics, Schauberger and Brown are outcasts. Along with Nikola Tesla, Otis Carr (a convicted felon), and of course there are others. 

Similar to pointing out that telekinesis is integral to celestial mechanics in the spiritual realm, so it is in relating that this same mental exercise plays into everyday life. The product of expounding on finding an answer to utilize gravity as a source for sustainable transportation, will provide it.

According to the Bible, the answer is the skilled workmanship of a wheel within a wheel. What does the wheel look like? It’s the path of particle motion. And it operates in a linear forward motion in any direction. Always in a forward motion. As, Ezekiel’s vision says: it moved back and forth like lightening but, it never turned, it was always moving forward. It had four faces to go in a forward direction.

This ability to move forward in a 360-degree motion is using the same perception as going in a straight line inside a mobius. A roll-a-coaster travels in a continuous forward linear motion. It does not slow down or stop to turn. To an observer from a stationary position across from the roll-a-coaster, it appears to make turns and travels back and forth.

These are validations that present the concept of a gravity generator being used as a transportation device. Finding the principles to design and build this technology requires this same visualization perspective. Science today still practices a three dimensional political opinion. It’s enlarged from the two dimensional practices of flat Earth science from past centuries.

Otis Carr’s ship had unknown operational controls. His technology is still unknown, unrealized. Understanding new technologies requires different perspectives.

What are these new perspectives? Building a gravity generator. The operational intent of the gravity generator is to incorporate resonance of oscillation as a vibrational motion. Then to amplify that resonance motion. And amplify that continually, with each loop extending its distance but, in the same time span. This is by engaging the Biefeld-Brown Effect. Conceivably, when the device is in full motion, it would be similar to how gravity travels. This is consistent with the new theory of what gravity is; which describes its path of motion.
