What is CATTCC?

CATTCC is a think tank which provides a platform of concerns about our environment; with the specific relation to transportation. It's a place where ideas bring solutions. There are many scientific aspects effecting climate, CATTCC endorses a perspective change in technology for new concepts in sustainable transportation. 

Earth's reaction to natural and industrialized development involves change.  Industrialization is heavily dependent upon its transportation foundation. Sustainable transportation is mandatory for sustainable urban growth and a clean environment.

CATTCC’s focus is to implement sustainable transportation 

Where is it? What is it? When will it happen? Who will invent it? Why isn't it already available?

CATTCC was organized to help implement solutions. It's a part of the Ameliorate (to make better) Group. The organization is transportation didactics (which means: learning by participation) and encompasses urban growth.

Participating, or being a member of CATTCC, participants learn that land-use design is specific to its transportation, and is a journey on making it better.

Urban structures are designed to accommodate its transportation function. Transit Oriented land-use design is predominantly concentrated with vertical real estate development to accommodate commerce along a fixed-rail transit corridor. Automobile centric land-use design is sprawl real estate development. As a consequence to automobile centric land-use, we have sporadic and an unstructured conglomeration of roads and parking. The product of automobile centric land-use design produces structures to accommodate cars. 

Automobiles are the foundation of Western Society’s automobile centric land-use design. Automobile centric land-use design accommodates cars, people are secondary in the design of its land-use.

The automobile is convenient and useful; however, it's totally unsustainable. Building a society upon an unsustainable foundation is problematic.

The mission of CATTCC is fivefold: to educate, to draw entrepreneurs together, find solutions for sustainable transportation and sustainable urban growth, research and discover new modes of transportation, and then implement new transportation innovations. 

We recognize the implementation of sustainable transportation requires unified system technology standards for user availability. We recognize this is beyond a single entity movement. We recognize transportation means everyone on the planet is affected. We recognize that special interest groups have political motivation, and we also recognize that engaging sustainable transportation creates a greater quality of life for everyone.
