The best way to talk about sustainability


The most important component for sustainability is peace.


Regarding the CATTCC mission for sustainable transportation; is it more popular for people to talk about sustainable urban growth or sustainable transportation? The word ‘sustainable’ stimulates an assertive personal emotional reaction from people. Similarly, the term ‘climate change’ invokes mild hostility. And, the word green simply sparks ambiguous question.



Knowing the subject matter


When talking on subjects that people don’t understand, words of the conversation become a frustration. Without cohesive interest, there is no profit; especially with science. Without productive conversation, amelioration terminates; words are heard as bizarre and incoherent utterances. As for the topic of sustainability, when the strongest defense in an argument claims plastic bags are the cause of unsustainable urban growth, and going barefoot is the solution to unsustainability; such opinions are empty. 


There’s another perplexing vision people have regarding the term: sustainable urban growth. Have the youth today succumbed to believe that sustainable growth can only take place with an oppressively dense population? Is it generational? Conducting an internet search for photos of sustainable urban growth, all the initial photos are of extremely dense cities. Why does the search for sustainable urban growth predominantly show pictures of high-rise buildings? Propaganda? Who programs the search bots? Sustainability does not require a city. It does require a garden. Sustainability can exist with a house on a beach, a home in the country or a cabin in the mountains. Sustainability requires balance with nature. 

   

In the study of sustainable growth and transportation, perspicacious knowledge is a prerequisite for advancing transportation into the future. Changing a motor is ineffective to remove unsustainable from the automobile. The term ‘advanced transportation’ requires understanding that it disturbs the status-quo of today’s transportation, political, media, and academia industry. Needed conversations are about concepts of the future; more than conversations about contemporary fashion and building designs.



Creating new transportation technology


Contemporary thought for transportation methodologies necessitate propulsion for its motion. Physics transcends the borders of bureaucratic compartmentalization. The brain is a source of transmitting waves. The length of a neural wave is from 0.5 to 35 hertz. A 0.5 hertz wavelength is over 1,000 feet long. A 35 hertz soundwave is about 32 feet in length. Neural transmissions are slower than a light wave.


Visible light has wavelengths of 400 to 700 nanometers (nm). This corresponds to a frequency range of 420 to 750 terahertz (infrared are longer than ultraviolet range). 


What process would be required for an ultra-low frequency wave to interact with an ultra-high frequency? This same process is used to synchronize the interpretation of sight and hearing.

 

Then, is processing or amplification of several brain waves transmitting the same thought; an act of oscillation?

 

As for far reaching conversations about sustainable transportation: what is spirit? Is it manageable? Is spirit something that can be created? It can’t be seen, how is it detected? What senses are able to detect spirit? Does spirit play a role in the future for the next form of advanced transportation?


 

Neural oscillations


There are claims that 80% of modern technology are based on Nikola Tesla’s technology advances. Most of today’s modern advances from Tesla were discovered over 100 years ago. One of the ideas Tesla explored which remains undiscovered, is an electromagnetic switch with a neural operation.


The only place this neural switch is alluded to is in the ship Otis Carr built. Otis Carr was the self-proclaimed protégé of Nikola Tesla. Documentation of the ship is extensive and filled with controversy. An interview with one of the crew members talked about what can only be described as a control mechanism. It was a large round crystal that emitted light. Of all the controversy, there is never a word mentioned to explain the ship’s operational control mechanism. It’s as though it remains unknown. In all of the documentation: nothing.


There are two directions in considering this technology: light frequency modulation and signal interpretation. This is all speculation but, it’s what theories are. 

 

Light is interpreted by observation. Light observation is enacted with perception to placement of observation. Why? Because light is really fast. Its interpretation is regulated by its speed and angle of view or its reflection of the observation. Can we consider that Otis Carr’s globe in the control area was a transceiver? Or was its function singular as either a receiver or transmitter? As a transceiver its function could have been to receive neural oscillations and transmit a control signal to regulate spin of the outer shell.


For the last half of his life, Nikola Tesla was deep into psychic phenomena. This would have involved the psychic attributes of oscillation in crystal structures, including solid crystal spheres and psychokinesis as a form of neural oscillation switch. Tesla’s experimentations of neural oscillations utilizing a crystal ball would be apropos for a control switch. His protégé would be very familiar with this knowledge.

 

Nikola Tesla experimented with wave control and found that sonic vibration resulted in atomic-level disruption. Tesla’s experimentation to build an AC generator resulted in atomic disruption to the point of lateral matter transfer, i.e., a minor localized earthquake. This leads to the conclusion that there can be a manipulation of kinetic energy generated by frequency wave motion. This, however, does not correlate as to placing matter in movement to its desired placement. This does bring a question to the possibility of neural oscillation activating an electromagnetic control switch.


A neural oscillation switch would be necessary for the configuration of Otis Carr’s craft. A thought has the possibility of transcending a metal wall, light can’t. A thought can penetrate an electromagnetic field, an electric signal can’t. For the function of Otis Carr’s craft, an amplified thought can be carried through the motion of an independent inertia field in motion. The avenue of thought waves being able to activate a mechanical or electronic switch apparatus, is a necessary function to be applied for Otis Carr’s operational control. Such as regulating the spin of the rotating assemblies.

 

It’s claimed that Otis Carr instructed his crew to concentrate on the color aqua marine. This is an indication that the light variation was a neural oscillation transmitted as a variable light-wave pattern for a control switch mechanism. Perhaps it controlled a calibrated switch for speed of their rotation. Or, possibly the pitch or yah of the vehicle.


These are questions qualified for pursuit.

The point of this blogpost is to point out that Earth holds a negative charge. Grebennikov’s device, with the CSE’s held a negative charge. Earth’s atmosphere consists of both positive and negative charges. Grebennikov’s negatively charged device would repel Earth’s negative charge.
