Developing the theory of how levitation can be used as a mode of transportation

This blogpost continues research for using levitation as a means of transportation. With Viktor Grebennikov’s floating platform being reproduced into an actual scooter type of device capable of floatation, what then? Could the device ever be popularized into a mode of transportation? There are some questions that have to be answered. First, what size is it? How much does it cost? What are the impacts? Who could use it? And, most important; since it hasn’t yet been reproduced, is it even possible? Without the device existing anywhere, planning on its impact is irrelevant.

Clearly, a levitating device has to be discovered and developed as the priority. Once such a product can be found to work, adapting it into implementation for public use would be by appropriate engineering designers. Its technology is what the need is. In the technology search, these blogposts about levitation have pointed out where the technology can be found. The technology will be found to work with Earth’s magnetic field and its ferrous plasma core. Since levitation is molecular vibration, the technology used will be at the molecular level. Also, since an atomic void is negative, this is a component to the technology. Additionally, the process of discovering a levitating device is in discovering how to compress a Cavity Structures Effect (CSE) and controlling its manipulation.

This is the model that is said to have worked

According to Viktor Grebennikov, the direction of the CSE can be manipulated. What is also apparent, is the creation of using the CSE field for transportation.

Levitation

It’s an accepted certainty that magnets have the ability of levitation. Magnetic action is an event of molecular action with ferrous elements. A magnetic field has a limited range.

The CSE is an action of nonferrous elements. What the CSE has is a similar action to crystals, in that they have a specific frequency resonance. This action could be determined as electrogravitics and as a void, has a negative gravity charge.

Ultimately, levitation is an action of molecular vibration. At what level? A frequency has the intrinsic component of flow. Is there a field limitation to the flow of a frequency resonance? Stars emit their element frequencies as spectral analysis. At what range does a the negative CSE frequency operate (vibrate)? How does this negative field manifest into having the capability of carrying a load? It should be by a more rapid frequency rate; increased intensity. To generate a vibration, does this represent or require a power source? Is the action centrifugal? A centrifugal action generates a friction action with thermodynamic increase. This would require a power source due to friction loss.

Bugs are small, their power source could come from what is equivalent to calorie production. Such as that seen by the energy consumption of flapping wings. The flapping of wings suggests aeronautics or centrifugal force to provide motion.

An electromagnetic charge, focused into the negative void of a CSE will affect a reaction. Either a positive charge reaction or a negative charge reaction.

Earth's atmosphere

There are many layers to Earth’s atmosphere. The question becomes, where are different charges found in Earth’s atmosphere? How can they be activated to interact with a CSE?

From sciencedirect.com is an article explaining Atmospheric Potential Gradient (APG):

The Atmospheric Potential Gradient (PG) is the vertical electric field present in the atmosphere, with positive values indicating a downward pointing field. The PG is an atmospheric measurement that has been recorded through recent history and is now becoming more common as modern field mill designs enable continuous robust measurements in many different environments. These measurements have been used to infer presence and physical characteristics of aerosols, and the passage of smoke in historical data. PG has been used to measure meteorological phenomena and the passage of charged plumes overhead. Current research on the electrosensitivity of insects and spiders require an understanding of the local PG to better understand animal behaviour.

A more detailed study relating to insects by Vitor Matheus Izoldi Nogueira, is found in this researchgate.net article. This was the topic of the Short Distance Resonance Technology blogpost. His study is based on the understanding of principles relating to negatively charged Earth and her positive charged atmosphere and how they affect certain spiders. The following is an excerpt from the researchgate.net “Anti-Gravity: No Crazier than Flying Spiders” article:

One hundred lightning bolts strike the earth every second. The atmospheric potential gradient (APG) is an electric circuit between the earth and the atmosphere maintained by thunderstorms through the constant, and for the most part, negative lightning discharging all over the earth’s surface at any given time. Usually this collectively amounts to one hundred lightning bolts striking the earth every second. This field exists globally in the atmosphere with an average surface magnitude of 120 V m−1 pointing downward towards the earth from the heavens. Due to the accumulation of this charge potential the earth’s surface is then, under most conditions, negatively charged compared to the atmosphere, which is generally positively charged. During storms, however, the earth’s surface builds up positive charges which when accumulated to a sufficient degree induce a discharge from the negatively-charged bottom of storm clouds, which usually also have a positively-charged top. The positive electrostatic charge manifesting on the earth’s surface during thunderstorms accumulates particularly well in tall conductive objects; as they are not only far from the ground’s general negative charge, but also allow charges to flow freely through them. During the discharge of lightning, positive leaders are sent upwards through the conductive object to meet with the negative leaders from the clouds, and it is only upon their union that a strong upward stroke/surge of high voltage and current is formed. This final discharge is what gives rise to the light and sound wave-forms of lightning and thunder, respectively. The tree-like fractal pattern which is in most cases from the ground up is formed as the charges find the path of least ionization resistance in the gaseous atmosphere. This extremely powerful discharge also generates extreme air pressures which create the audible and revered sound of thunder. It is due to this continuous ‘dumping’ of negative electricity unto the earth by storms all across it that its surface remains negatively charged, and that under usual conditions it serves as an electrostatic ground towards which the positive charges in the atmosphere are constantly flowing. Just like a magnet can store and create single- point aetheric (magnetic) flux, defined simply by cyclic dielectric and electric potentials simultaneously charging and discharging each other as a torus field geometry, the ’primary solar rays’ as referred to by Tesla create a ‘river’ or current and a gradient of electric potentials which can be harnessed for imparting mechanical momentum upon an object that is inversely charged with respect to its ‘flow’. This phenomenon has been observed in nature when ballooning spiders, through biological electrochemical mechanisms, accumulate charges on a brush of silk strands spun out and deployed from their spinnerets during optimal atmospheric electrostatic conditions. These spiders contain trichobothria; electrosensitive hairs on their front limbs with which they scan the earth’s Schumann resonance, which really is also attributed to the APG, to determine whether the electrostatic currents are ‘rideable’. After this ‘pre-flight check’ they stand on their front limbs and point their abdomen to the sky, and begin simultaneously weaving out many individual strands of silk to which they impart electrostatic potentials of high ‘negative’ voltages (relative to their size) which nullify all primary solar ray centripetal electrostatic acceleration upon their mass. The lowest charge needed (which could indicate the charge scale used by the spider) has been determined in a study under controlled zero-wind conditions to be possibly as low as in the nanocoulomb-range.

CSEs

How does Earth’s atmosphere interact with CSE’s?

As the study of Viktor Grennaikov’s device continues. His device carried batteries to power a light. Did the batteries assist as an antenna or transceiver in an interaction with Earth’s electromagnetic sphere? Could the shaft have been filled with batteries as a power source? The question here: is there a battery power source needed to engage Earth’s magnetosphere or its ionosphere to interact with its static charge?

What is levitation

Levitation is explained as an action of rapid oscillating motion. Even as an action of what appears as standing still, relativity is in a flow of motion.

Inasmuch as a waterfall appears as a steady flow, it is a group of individual moving droplets engaged in Earth’s continual gravitational flow of motion.

How does gravitational motion relate to levitation? Levitation is the oscillation of molecules. It is sort of an amplification of gravity’s angular momentum. A resonance of molecular action within a field.

Where else is levitation seen? It can be an action of the mind. This is seen in instances as an action of psychokinetics.

Considering levitation as an accumulation of ‘holes’ is a provocative speculation. This is consistent with Viktor Grebennikov’s Cavity Structures Effect (CSE). A synchronization of cavity structure’s frequency motion.

A de Broglie wave is a theory synonymous to matter waves. His theory explains that beyond light; all particles have wave duality of being both mass and a wave. The argument in the CATTCC explanation is that de Broglie's theory extends to particles following a specific path of particle motion.
Examining Earth's electrostatic field for use with transportation

The point of this blogpost is to point out that Earth holds a negative charge. Grebennikov’s device, with the CSE’s held a negative charge. Earth’s atmosphere consists of both positive and negative charges. Grebennikov’s negatively charged device would repel Earth’s negative charge. The pivoting fans would manipulate a negative repelling action.
