In studying theory of classical physics, the work of John Worrell Keely, (1827-1898) regarding sympathetic streams in the ratio 3:6:9, are among investigation. In mathematical exploration of these relationships, is it a valid premise to use base three, six, or nine? Most likely base 9 to correspond with the path of particle mass in its full rotation.

This study follows theory regarding balance flow of the tetrahedron for motion. One key point of transportation interest is that Otis Carr used his Utron as the square, circle, cone; for movement in a centripetal motion for his ship to spin. Along this principle, it recognizes that all matter moves in a unified motion. A molecule follows the same pattern. In this perspective, it is of great interest that Mercury is a dense metal that flows as a liquid at room temperature.

In accordance to Einstein’s postulation that all mater is flowing at light speed: all elements flow. All molecular combinations flow. That is to say: all matter has frequency. When an ampere of electrical energy flows, everything within that wave path is subjected to light speed squared. Static electricity is a collection of potential energy that is undirected, its flow is an electromagnetic centrifugal reaction. This is what Keely refers to as a 6:9 frequency.

When molecular structure is combined similar to the configuration of Otis Carr’s Utron, the balance in that structure is the 3:9 frequency. This pattern maintains the frequency of a large tetrahedron necessary for spin balance of momentum in transportation. This relates to the smallest shape of an element’s mass as a balance function of its path. Again, this perspective is aligned with the theory that the path of particle mass is its specific eight-pointed mobius pattern on a ribbon type linear course to follow its centripetal action at the speed of light. 

How does a vehicle follow this course? In considering Otis Carr and Nikola Tesla’s technology, plus the concept of Keely’s frequency patterns, the question arises: Is the math application for considering the value of these frequencies base 10? Or, the application could be base 12. Twelve represents spacetime. Again, base 9 seems most appropriate.

According to Keely’s sympathetic vibratory frequencies theory, subatomic balance is 3 parts as a whole for motion. 2 parts for charges, 3rd for the centering balance point. 9 is for the particle’s path of the 8-pointed mobius, with the 9^th point connecting to the next frequency pattern.



Philosophy extending into theology

One of the scientists basing his work on Keely’s work was Walter Russell. His work was unorthodox to conventional science, yet, he was a man of great accomplishments. His perspective of theology was also controversial. Here is a quote:

"Thus the One Light of God's knowing extended to the two of His thinking, pulsed as the three of all creating things, the One centering the two, the two extended from the One; the Spirit; the Father-Mother polarity of Light; the Trinity centering the shaft of Creations' seeming, fulcrum of its heart beat, all ONE." This leans to include the sign of the yin/yang and the centering line. This whole is an action of 3 pieces.

In theoretical physics, the balance of nature to quantum physics is similar to the outer lines of the tetrahedron that are not straight lines but, slightly curve, as the smallest size of atomic matter. This is an accounting for the rapid rotation in the structure of particle mass moving along its path at light speed.

Keely goes onto explain: One of the basic fundamentals of vibration is the formation of its octave or doubling of frequency and simultaneous halving of its wave length. These features are functions of 2 (multiplication) and its reciprocal 1/2 (division).

One of the basic fundamentals of sound or energy is manifesting as (geometric) volume - a function of cubing (n^3).

Merging these two fundamental principles we arrive at a series of cubes derived from powers of two.

One of the points to noticing here is the reference to energy and sound. Sound is only an applicable thing, when in an existing atmosphere. i.e. it is a process in an accumulation of gases or other elements. It has a chain reaction effect. Similarly, this is noticeably in contrast of light.

So where is the reactionary process of energy that provides the sound that differentiates from light waves? In what other dimensions are the energy reactions revealed? What other aspects of energy? Radiation. Where are the other senses of life employed?

Before getting lost in questions regarding sound vibration and light, a relevant question can bring us to the focus of study. Can energy be generated in some other manner for transportation to affect gravity or levitation?

Let’s take another quote from Keely: Every mass is an aggregation of molecules each having its "neutral center" wherein are equated its component forces consisting of the three fundamental modes of vibration. The balanced activity of these vibrations at the "neutral center" without diminution of force, makes possible the permanence of form and matter.

Since the continuity of existence of all molecules and all masses depends on the three fundamental component modes of vibration being held in balance at the "neutral center" it follows that certain orders of vibration can, by their influence on this neutral center, break the balanced equation, divide the components of the molecules, and therefore divide the components of the mass. As every mass consists of vibrations in thirds, balanced in harmonic equilibrium without cancellation or diminution of energy, it stands therefore in harmonic relation to every other mass. Conclusion

A temporary conclusion to keep this post short: it can be surmised that Keely’s supposition supports the theory that the structure of particle mass is founded upon the motion of balance.

It is the supposition of CATTCC, that this balance is predicated on the fundamental structure of particle mass as the tetrahedron. Hence, in postulating that the smallest component of particle mass is comprised of a tetrahedron, and its path is the course of an eight-pointed mobius, it can be seen that the tetrahedron’s path is modulated in a harmonious balance. It follows that this angular movement along its path is gravity.

To create a device or transportation vehicle, it is CATTCC’s opinion that the same structural design can be amplified to a larger size; and the same principles can be applied. This is the theory. And, just as much as Newton’s Laws of Motion are a theory, postulations are subject to question.
