Pursuing the course of scientific exploration for transportation 

Fringe science operates on the razor’s edge between credibility and incredible breakthrough. Searching for a brand-new mode of efficient transportation, demand necessity of space travel becomes a focal imperative. 

The logical trend of fringe technology in transportation leans heavily towards the study of efficient energy and excessive speed. The 360-degree energy release in chemical explosions account for the majority of space flight technology. With this primary source as a vehicle’s propulsion, there is phenomenally more energy waste than efficient energy use.

The first step in research is looking at history

In recent history, there are few examples of efficient energy being used in a transportation device. Three of the four example were test models, the Haunebu, Levity Disc, and the Hamel Device; and reportedly flew without having a control mechanism. The fourth device was Otis Carr’s. It was the only one to have included an operational control mechanism on its maiden voyage.

Other than Otis Carr, little has been explored to implement neural oscillations in transportation technology. Beyond Otis Carr, one of the other sources for developing this technology towards building advanced transportation methodologies is from Viktor S. Grebennikov. His research followed an unusual path. Explaining his work, the website states: If the correct scientific research problem of the human weight anomalies in various psychophysiological states was put and the equipment of dynamic monitoring of weight was created, we have received the quite objective information on this unusual phenomenon.

Psychokinesis

The operational controls of Otis Carr’s ship used a control mechanism that enabled a process which is seen as having been developed with a heavy influence from Nikola Tesla. Telsa’s process of wifi technology is an enablement of electromagnetics to effect electronics switching.

Psychokinesis is a process that enables neural oscillation to interact with an electromagnetic or electrogravitics response.

Angstroms

Angstroms are a measurement that allows a detection analysis of planetary composition, primarily used in astrophysics. This detection process is used to measure a wave signal pattern of specific elements. An interaction between psychophysiological patterns (neural oscillations) interacting with angstrom patterns of elements, is an ongoing occurrence. This provides context for further study.

Matching wave patterns

What is apparent in Otis Carr’s ship was the psychokinetic transmission to the color spectrum. It’s theorized that the hue pattern transmitted a focused and measurable signal, interpreted as a specific control switch to preform a task.

Colored light travels at different speeds. When this light travels at different speed, it creates a different wavelength, or angstrom value.

The implication of significance to this technology application is that an infrared sensor requires a direct line of sight. The neural oscillations generated by a psychokinetic wave is capable to transcend the influence of electromagnetic fields. When the psychokinetic waves are transmitted as hues, the oscillations can be interpreted as an optical switch.

The psychokinetic oscillations can be focused to transmit a specific color. Is this true? By focusing on the optical visualization (hue), the mind can concentrate on that visual input of any specific color. This automatic reaction is then generated as a neural oscillation of that visualization. As an example, a room filled with blue light sends the blue light to the neural optic center in the brain as blue light. This is simply a psychokinetic process of functionality.

Building a receiver to capture an angstrom signal would seem to be a relatively simple process. Similar to capturing a cell phone signal. Should be similar technology as adjusting for a frequency signal. A transmitter based on angstrom frequency should be sufficient to transmit a signal from the inner sphere of the ship and transcend the electromagnetic field of the outer shell and be received as a switch signal for outer shell operational function.   

Viktor Grebennikov

Viktor Grebennikov was a naturalist and professional entomologist. He was known for his discovery of the Cavity Structures Effect (CSE). This expertise gave him an interesting perspective, which led to his other discoveries; the focus of attention here.

Bio-gravitational effects are a wide spectrum of natural phenomena, apparently not confined to just a few species of insects. There is much empirical data to support the possibility of a lowered weight or complete levitation of material objects as a result of directed psycho-physical human action (psychokinesis) e. g. levitation of yogi practicing transcendental meditation according to the Maharishi method. There are known cases of mediums levitating during spiritistic sessions. However, it would be a mistake to think that such abilities are only found in people who are gifted by nature. I am convinced that these abilities are an understudied biological regularity. As is known, human weight significantly drops in the state of somnambulistic automatism (sleepwalking). Average 80-90 kg sleepwalkers are able to tread on thin planks, or step on people sleeping next to them without causing the latter any physical discomfort other than fright during their nocturnal journeys. Some clinical cases of non-spasmodic epileptic fits often result in a short-term reversible transformation of personality (people in such state are commonly referred to as "possessed"), whereby a skinny, exhausted girl or a ten year old boy may acquire the physical prowess of a trained athlete. This psychological phenomenon is currently known as the multiple personality syndrome, because it significantly differs from the classical complex of epileptic symptoms. Such clinical cases are well known and well documented. However, phenomena accompanied by a change in the weight of humans or of material objects are not confined to functional pathologies of the organism. Healthy people in the state of acute psychological stress caused by a life threatening situation or an overpowering motivation to achieve a vitally important goal have the ability to spontaneously overcome obstacles insurmountable in their normal condition. People in such situations are able to lift enormous weights etc. These phenomena are commonly explained by an extreme mobilization of muscular strength, but precise calculations do not agree with such hypotheses. Apparently, athletes (high jumpers, weightlifters, runners) have particularly developed bio-antigravitational mechanisms.

This psychokinetic aspect, having an impact to gravity, gives remarkable continuity to explaining why Peter was able to walk on water. Adding the component of Cavity Structures Effect (CSE) brings incredible possibility for insight to a new mode of short distance transportation.
