Two components are required for advanced transportation

With speeds beyond the limitation of aeronautics, the effects of centrifugal force in Earth’s gravity are devastating. Precautions against massive g-forces are resolved within an independent inertia field. The independent inertia fields, however, are theoretical. 


 

Inertia


The law of inertia states:

  • Objects at rest tend to stay at rest
  • Objects in motion tend to stay in motion at the same speed and direction
  • Objects may change their motion only if influenced by an unbalanced force


Inertia of a moving car applies not only to the vehicle, but to everything inside it. Through the process of propulsion, inertia allows a car to move until some other force (e.g., the brakes, road conditions, an obstruction) slows or stops it. When a car is traveling at 60 mph and impacts a stationary object; the car has stopped but the contents freely moving inside continue moving at 60 mph because of inertia.


What’s the difference between momentum and inertia? Momentum and inertia are often confused due to their similar definitions. Momentum is the force or speed of movement, while inertia is the resistance offered by a body to the motion.


A previous blogpost asked an important question. How is the creation of an independent inertia field important to vehicle design? The answer goes to explain the design of Otis Carr’s ship. It’s theoretically possible for Otis Carr’s ship to have maintained an independent inertia field within the ship’s control section. The two outer spheres of his craft spun in opposite directions. The inner sphere remained in a neutral position. Theoretically, this gives the ship an independent inertia field ability to travel at a very fast speed in Earth’s atmosphere and make an instant ninety-degree turn; without a g-force reaction to passengers.


Another example of a craft with an independent inertia field is in Ezekiel’s vision. Ezekiel Chapter 10 explains the craft in vague detail, interpreted from known technology 2,500 years ago. Here are verses 9 through 13: (9)Then I looked and saw four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside each cherub. And the wheels gleamed like a beryl stone. (10)As for their appearance, all four had the same form, like a wheel within a wheel. (11)When they moved, they would go in any of the four directions, without turning as they moved. For wherever the head faced, the cherubim would go in that direction, without turning as they moved.


(12)Their entire bodies, including their backs, hands, and wings, were full of eyes all around, as were their four wheels. (13)I heard the wheels being called “the whirling wheels.”


Using the perspective of these wheels being vehicles, it validates a craft having the ability of levitation and independent inertia. This also gives merit to the consistency of wheel within a wheel and spin as a necessary component to this new transportation technology.

 

The concept proposed by David Hamel is also interesting. There are many pieces, how it all fits together and becomes operational functioning, remains as the missing component. His technology is comprised with three layers of spinning components.


The other two: Viktor Schauberger and John Searl are also simplistic in design. As with John Searl’s levitation disc, it is intensely precise and complex apparatus with a simplistic technological functioning design.

 

Again, the consistency in all these devices have the similarity of spin, magnets, and the whirling of wheels within wheels. This is the environment for an independent inertia field.

Neural control


The only Neural controls spoken of as a practical function for operational control of a ship are found in Otis Carr’s ship. This technological context is consistent with Nikola Tesla’s influence.  


Another section from the earlier blogpost link is an excerpt from Otis T. Carr’s ‘Inner Dimensions of Mystery’:

Knowing that the human heart brain tissue sends more signals to the brain than the actual brain in your head sends to your heart, all we have to do to control this craft is send the control signal of pure love from the heart to flood the brain so that we can consciously project through the pineal gland and the destination. Mr. Carr built this as an inter-dimensional teleportation craft, this concept voids time and shows it for the man-made conception it is. Both the heart and the pineal gland hold the very magnetic fields in place needed to interact with the energy of the craft.


Being a true disciple of the Great Master Adept of the Art, Nikola, Mr. Carr had the most beautiful of mentors.


To those without the esoteric understanding, the paragraph explicitly refers to the operational controls of Otis Carr’s ship. His claim is that the operational control of the craft is controlled by the message of the heart, interpreted by the magnetic fields held within the pineal gland. This is a waveform, generated by concentration. This interacts with the craft’s energy for its directional operation. This indicates the isolation of frequency tone that can be interpreted. The intent is for this frequency to be used as an operational control. It has to be transmitted and received; to correspond as a signal switch.

                                                                                                                                             

How did Otis Carr use neural control for his ship’s operational controls? 


As if space flight, simply by magnet spin and nature's centripetal pattern entering it into an independent inertia field isn’t revolutionary enough, the ship apparently used neural operational controls. This isn’t even advanced enough to be a controversial area of physics. This exploration of technology doesn’t even exist in Neurophysics.

 

The ship’s diagrams are available online, as a crafter’s model. But there's no written account of the actual spacecraft or an original description of how it works. When we look into the crafter’s model, it depicts a single spin section. Additionally, there are no control mechanisms, no diagrams, no descriptions. 

 

Otis Carr describes the device with three-sections. Its upper and lower outer shells spin in the opposite direction of each other. The third section is held inside the two outer spinning shells in a neutral position. The theoretical concept is that these rotating spheres generate an independent inertia field. How is it controlled?

 

Nikola Tesla was deep into psychic phenomena. This would have involved the psychic attributes of oscillation in crystal structures, including solid crystal spheres. 

 

Keep in mind that Nikola Tesla’s discoveries of invention include the fundamentals of modern wifi technology. Providing Otis Carr did indeed have a protégé relationship with Nikola Tesla, Tesla’s experimentations of neural oscillations utilizing a crystal ball would be apropos for a control switch.

 

Nikola Tesla experimented with wave control and found that sonic vibration resulted in atomic-level disruption. Tesla’s experimentation to build an AC generator resulted in subatomic disruption to the point of lateral matter transfer, i.e., a minor localized earthquake. This leads to the conclusion that there can be a manipulation of kinetic energy generated by frequency wave motion. This, however, does not correlate as to placing matter in movement to its desired placement. It might, however, accomplish the task of a simple switch.


The operational control of a neural switch is hypothetically possible. The direction Otis Carr pursued for neural control was transmitted by brain wave frequency, measured by the frequency of hue.


Operational controls from the interior of Otis Carr’s ship are isolated within a strong magnetic field. Electromagnetic signals are likely restricted from free travel beyond that electromagnetic field. Additionally, a wire carrying a signal would be impossible to traverse through the spinning devices.


How can a control signal transpose those two restrictions? 


  

Thought waves are neural oscillations



What effect can thoughts generate within an independent inertia field in motion? Can these thought waves be mechanically or electronically received by an electronic or operational device to guide kinetic force and control an inertia field to a specific target? This is one of the marvels that Otis Carr resolved in the late 1950s which remains veiled.

The point of this blogpost is to point out that Earth holds a negative charge. Grebennikov’s device, with the CSE’s held a negative charge. Earth’s atmosphere consists of both positive and negative charges. Grebennikov’s negatively charged device would repel Earth’s negative charge. The pivoting fans would manipulate a negative repelling action.
