To define a gravitational vehicle design, it has to have a proposed technology

To the question; how can gravity be used for transportation? One possibility is by creating a defined gravity field that causes wave action, then surfing that wave. This, however, requires creating the technology and designing a gravity generator based on that unknown technology.

Gravity and the manipulation of gravity waves

Establishing the technology of creating a gravity wave generator begins with defining gravity. There are several blogposts that explain a new theory of what gravity is. The postulation that gravity is angular momentum of particle mass along its path at light speed, provides the basis for a gravity generator. The other necessary piece is the measurement of time.

Other examples 

There are other possibilities for building a space flight vehicle designs that manipulate gravity. There are claims of test model flying saucer shaped vehicles rising into the sky and disappearing. Listed here are three accounts, one each from Viktor Schauberger, John Searl, and David Hamel.

Another highly-advanced group was led by Dr. Viktor Schauberger, who worked in Austria at the Kertl factory in Vienna. Schauberger's incredible craft allegedly utilized a tornado-like vortex which produced magnetic effects said to cause levitation. Two Schauberger models, both made of copper, were said to have been built with one of them successfully test flown. The story goes that it flew so well, in fact, that it impacted the inside roof of the hangar and was destroyed.

The SS which was apparently overseeing this and all German saucer research, allegedly stopped further experimentation after accident, dismissed Schauberger, and took all of his work and wizardry to some other location for further development. After the war, Schauberger was lured to the US by an alleged CIA front company and was then duped into signing a contract in English (he knew only German) giving the company all rights and title to his inventions, concepts, and designs. He was then returned to Austria...and died five days later

Searl has since claimed that he and his colleagues subsequently built over 50 versions of his “levity disc,” of various sizes, and learned how to control them. He claims that persecution by the authorities resulted in wrongful imprisonment and the destruction of most of his work, so he had to start all over again. He states that in the early 1970s, one of his craft flew around the world several times without being detected.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of any scientific and physical evidence, his invention is considered vague by many people. Besides, the existence of perpetual motion machines is in principle ruled out by the first law of thermodynamics.

Floating and levitation

Floating necessitates a balance of weight within a particular environment. A helium filled balloon will float in the lower atmosphere due to heavier atomic weights of atmospheric gases. Discovering a methodology of floatation as our intent, is to effect matter at the subatomic level.

A reference to the term anti-gravity is an inaccurate term. It might be more appropriately referred to as interdimensional, inasmuch as the manipulation of gravity has to be at the subatomic level.

Gravity

Both floatation and levitation are influenced by gravity. What is gravity? The simple quick answer is: it’s the greatest and most abundant force in the universe. A deeper explanation to the question necessitates an expanded foundation to the answer.

In building upon the foundation for an answer, it’s necessary to consider Einstein’s Theory of Relativity. Gravity, along will all matter, relates to light speed. As such, it has to be applied to Einstein’s theory of relativity. The context of mass times the speed of light, states that: fundamental to our existence is the realization of us traveling through the universe at the speed of light. Einstein's statement clearly says that energy is what squares light speed in relation to mass.

How can this be simplified into an easily perceived understanding? Emotions direct thought. Often, misconceptions are prevalent and accepted as fact. Look at the correlation to understanding of how people perceive relativity according to our eyesight. Simply put, all images we see are inverted to the retina. The reality is: everything we see is upside down from how we observe them. Our feet cling to the ground and our bodies stretch outward; away from the planet surface.

Again, in asking the question about what gravity is, the answer has to ask another question: is gravity a product of mass or is it a process of subatomic matter?

Finding this answer took many years prior to CATTCC’s transportation research. This search into theoretical particle physics brought a theory as to the path of particle mass. It postulates: the path of particle mass has a specific pattern. From this theory came the discovery of gravitational action which coincides with Einstein’s theory that our galaxy is traveling through the universe at the speed of light. 

This new theory for gravity postulates: gravity is angular momentum in the path of particle motion in accordance with Einstein's theory of relativity. His explanation of relativity being energy equal to mass times the speed of light squared shows perception of relativity: mass is traveling at the speed of light.

How is an understanding of gravity relevant to transportation and a design proposal to a new type of vehicle technology? It has to do with the manipulation of gravity. By understanding what gravity is; it provides greater knowledge towards being able to manipulate its motion.

The first step is perspective. It has to be recognized that all matter is traveling as a wave pattern. Our eyes are unable to view all aspects of things.

As 2 Corinthians 4: 18 states: We are not looking at the things being seen, but the things not being seen. For the things being seen are temporary, but the things not being seen are eternal. From a scientific perspective, this verse clearly states that the eyes are unable to view time as a whole. Only fragments at a very limited angle. So, 16 billion eyes from 8 billion people are viewing different perspectives at the same time. All unable to perceive the flow of the galaxy’s traveling at light speed. The only point being; gravity is unseen. It is a subatomic motion, rather than a process of mass.

Conclusion

In relating all this to designing an efficient vehicle technology capable of space flight, the quest is ongoing. Viktor Schauberger, Otis Carr, John Searl, and David Hamel provided examples. The basis of vehicle design is based on the manipulation of wave flow in gravity motion.
