A closer look at Otis Carr and existing methodologies from the past

Precise clarity in achievement to build existing alternatives of space flight technology remains elusive. One of the most compelling pursuits for existing methodologies in space flight, surrounds the work of Otis Carr. A generally reliable source for information is Wikipedia, yet, there are many contradictions in Wikipedia regarding Otis Carr. Here is one of the most remarkable Wikipedia statements: In January 1961, Carr was convicted of "the crime of selling securities without registering the same" in Oklahoma,[9] and fined $5,000, far less than the sums he had obtained from investors in the area.[10][11] He was denied an appeal on March 1, 1961. Carr could not pay the fine, and served part of a 14-year jail term.


A 14-year jail sentence as a method to pay for a $5,000 fine, is curious. Could Otis Carr have been the protégé to Nikola Tesla that he said he was? The only conclusion in his conviction of a crime is the total absence of possibility for any type of different or unusual technology being involved. The government’s authoritative vitriol was an approach of preconceived contempt and malice with total disregard of any scientific comprehension of what knowledge Otis Carr may have held.


The Freedom of Information release of the FBI files regarding Otis Carr’s case reveal a very high level of questionable government action. The government’s attack of Otis Carr was intensified by previous actions of Carr’s associate, Norman Colton. Colton had published a military related magazine, that had apparently printed derogatory cartoons of military commanders. Previous to Colton’s association with Carr, the FBI held a two-year investigation against Colton regarding two bounced checks that Colton had written which totaled $80. When Carr began his business relationship with Colton, there were accusations of them meeting at an AA meeting, which seemed to justify the government’s actions of character assassination.


In 2007, nearly 50 years after Carr’s arrest and the confiscation of all his equipment, Ralph Ring began sharing his story to the public. His account of what happened to Otis Carr is extremely different. He explains his life story and what led him to become an employee of Otis Carr. His account brings credence to the project’s Nikola Tesla’s influence. It validates Otis Carr’s technology.


The judgement of physics research requires an analysis of what works. Regarding Otis Carr, there is controversy. Then, there is the technology of David Hamel. There is technology from John Searl. And the uninterpreted 2,500-year-old technology that Ezekiel mentioned. Two of the most gifted geniuses of modern times were Nikola Tesla and Viktor Schauberger, who were also embroiled in controversy. In the process of physics research to find solutions: is it more productive to focus on physics or the psychological validation of personalities? 


What is the commonality of David Hamel, John Searl, Ezekiel, Otis Carr, Nikola Tesla, Viktor Schauberger, and others pursuing discovery of new transportation? The common quest is for the manipulation of gravity, electrogravitics, magnetism, and spin. And, what’s the government’s approach to space flight technology? Explosions. Yet, mankind’s fastest speed is by the manipulation of gravity.


The future of transportation floats. Its method for motion is the manipulation of gravity. As stated many times throughout these blogposts, chemical explosions for rocket propulsion are horrendously inefficient. Reaching fast space flight speeds is by using a different methodology than inefficient explosion propulsion. The solution to fast space flight speeds, as well as short distance ground level transportation methodologies, is by levitation.


Beyond the complexities involved in building a craft capable of exceptionally fast speeds, are two imperative considerations: inertia and vehicle control. Without the component of direct propulsion, how is a craft’s control possible? Contemporary physics declares that incredibly fast speed would create unacceptable g-force loads for human existence.  


previous blogpost asked an important question. How is the creation of an independent inertia field important to vehicle design? The answer goes to explain the design of Otis Carr’s ship. It’s theoretically possible for Otis Carr’s ship to have maintained an independent inertia field within the ship’s control section. The two outer spheres of his craft spun in opposite directions. The inner sphere remained in a neutral position. Theoretically, this gives the ship an independent inertia field ability to travel at a very fast speed in Earth’s atmosphere and make an instant ninety-degree turn; without a g-force reaction to passengers.


Also, in viewing the perspective of wheels being vehicles in Ezekiel’s vision, it validates a craft having the ability of levitation and independent inertia. This also gives merit to the consistency of wheel within a wheel and spin as a necessary component to this new transportation technology.


The concept proposed by David Hamel is also interesting. There are many pieces, how it all fits together and becomes operationally functioning; remains a missing component. His technology is comprised with three layers of spinning components.


The other two: Viktor Schauberger and John Searl are also simplistic in design. As with John Searl’s levitation disc, it is an intensely precise and complex apparatus with a simplistic technological functioning design.


The purpose of questions is to find answers. Often, the same questions have to be asked again and again to find suitable answers. This questioning applies to the technological aspects of levitating a vehicle for transportation. It also applies to its operation, the aspects of ultra-fast speed inertia, and a mechanism for vehicle control. Beginning with vehicle control, in a vehicle with three separate spinning electromagnetic field sections; how can a signal from the inter control center reach the outer level? This capability doesn’t exist.


There are more questions. Beyond the aspects of discovering a brand-new technology to achieve ultra-fast speeds for space travel, initiated by levitation; are magnetic spin and a synchronization of nature’s centripetal pattern entering it into an independent inertia field. A ship has to use neural operational controls. This isn’t even advanced enough to be a controversial area of physics. Talk of exploring this technology doesn’t even exist in Neurophysics.


The operational control of a neural switch is hypothetically possible. The direction Otis Carr pursued for neural control was transmitted by brain wave frequency, measured by the frequency of hue.


In the operational control blogpost, it talks about the possibility of a psychokinetic transmission in the color spectrum. It’s theorized that the hue pattern transmitted a focused and measurable signal, interpreted as a specific control switch to perform a task.


Colored light travels at different speeds. When this light travels at different speed, it creates a different wavelength, or angstrom value.


The implication of significance to this technology application is that an infrared sensor requires a direct line of sight. The neural oscillations generated by a psychokinetic wave is capable to transcend the influence of electromagnetic fields. When the psychokinetic waves are transmitted as hues, the oscillations can be interpreted as an optical switch.


The psychokinetic oscillations can be focused to transmit a specific color. Is this true? By focusing on the optical visualization (hue), the mind can concentrate on that visual input of any specific color. This automatic reaction is then generated as a neural oscillation of that visualization. As an example, a room filled with blue light sends the blue light to the neural optic center in the brain as blue light. This is simply a psychokinetic process of functionality.


Building a receiver to capture an angstrom signal would seem to be a relatively simple process. Similar to capturing a cell phone signal. Should be similar technology as adjusting for a frequency signal. A transmitter based on angstrom frequency should be sufficient to transmit a signal from the inner sphere of the ship and transcend the electromagnetic field of the outer shell and be received as a switch signal for outer shell operational function. 

 

Again, this technology is completely unknown, however, it is reflective of Nikola Tesla’s influence.

The point of this blogpost is to point out that Earth holds a negative charge. Grebennikov’s device, with the CSE’s held a negative charge. Earth’s atmosphere consists of both positive and negative charges. Grebennikov’s negatively charged device would repel Earth’s negative charge.
